Insane Tuesday debuted in São Paulo in 2001. The project was dedicated to the study of Brazilian comedy, to the transformation of actors into authors of their own characters and texts, and to the promotion of original productions of contemporary adult humor.

A Polish Jew becomes a prostitute after failing to get a marriage in Brazil. Meanwhile, the public health doctor Oswaldo Cruz ends up involved in the Vaccine Revolt.

A beautiful woman is found dead, with a peach in her mouth, a bite in her butt and without blood in the body. When other women are found dead in the same modus-operandi, the police gives the nickname of "Vampa" to serial killer. Detective Leôncio is assigned to investigate the murder together with fetishist photographer Oscar. Without any lead, they decide to follow a sexy and popular night-club dancer on the streets of São Paulo, trying to identify possible suspects.

Driver who was left by his wife, who wanted to try a career in the movies, has to deal with their son's revolt when the latter finds his mother, whom he thought dead, singing in a nightclub.

A harmonica player, a player pool and his old assistant are invited to animate a rich people's party but time passes and they are never invited to introduce themselves. While waiting in the lobby witness all sorts of absurdities as the party goes on and guests are becoming more uninhibited.
