Meet Terkel, a miserable sixth grader constantly picked on by two merciless bullies, Nigel and Saki. So what can you do? Tease the ugly girl in class - Fat Doris! When the abuse from Terkel is too much, she throws herself out a window which makes Terkel more popular. Now dealing with popularity Terkel finds solace in booze, guns and everything American. But then life takes a turn for the weird when he receives strange death threats, unable to confide in his annoying sister or alcoholic Uncle, Terkel turns to his sexually inappropriate hippie teacher with intentionally hilarious results.

We wish for the film, while an exciting and fun science fiction, to also capture a magical sense of wonder. Обыкновенный подросток Теркель с брекетами на зубах и своими заморочками в голове воспитывается в довольно странной семье. Сюжет развивается на фоне отношений в обыкновенной школе. Есть лучший друг, девчонки, симпатии и антипатии. И все было бы хорошо, если бы в один прекрасный день дядя Теркеля (довольно специфичная личность) не побил двух хулиганов Нигеля и Саки — его одноклассников.

Hugo, the one-of-a-kind jungle animal, is snatched away from his home for a second time in another attempt for him to become an animal actor. Meanwhile, he's reunited with Rita the kind, streetwise fox. Finding that life in front of and behind the camera isn't so bad, he grows more unaccustomed to wild life once he escapes and slowly weakens his relationship with Rita.

This film introduces us to Hugo, a one-of-a-kind animal who lives in a jungle. Youthful and carefree, Hugo is prone to playing practical jokes on his friends, Zig and Zag the monkeys. His idyllic lifestyle is interrupted when he is captured by CEO of a famed movie company, Conrad Cupmann, to be co-star in a Hollywood-style film. In order to return from Copenhagen to his jungle home, he must escape with the help of a newly found friend, Rita the fox.
