Adaikalam, an accused, who has been imprisoned for many years helps two other men to escape from jail. They decide to mingle with the devotees travelling to Sabarimala in order to trick the police.

V. Iyer respectively. . The film features Sivaji Ganesan played titular role with other prominent actors S. S. Rajendran, R. Muthuraman, T. S. Balaiah and M. R. Radha in lead with Devika, Nagesh, Pushpalatha and C. Lakshmi Rajyam played pivotal role. The film had musical score by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy and was released on 14 January 1965.

Dharmalingam (M.R. Radha), a rich landlord, is the father of two sons and a daughter. His eldest son has a love marriage with a poor teacher's daughter, Kamala,. Dharmalingam disowns them. The son dies and Kamala is left homeless, with a little child. Nathan (M.G.R.), a police officer, gives Kamala shelter in his house and decides to help her fight her case for property. Paar Magale Paar is a 1963 Tamil film starring Sivaji Ganesan, Sowcar Janaki, R. Muthuraman and Vijayakumari. The film, produced by G. N. Velumani, had musical score by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy and was released on 28 September 1962.

Paalum Pazhamum is a 1961 Tamil-language film directed by A. Bhimsingh and featuring Sivaji Ganesan, B. Saroja Devi, Sowcar Janaki and others. Sivaji is a doctor searching for a cancer cure. Saroja Devi is Sivaji's nurse assistant. Sivaji offers to marry her after her father's death. Saroja Devi assists him in his research. After putting in enormous efforts, Sivaji emerges successful in formulating a new drug but Saroja Devi is diagnosed with tuberculosis. Sivaji neglects his duties as a doctor and starts focusing more on Saroja Devi's health. Saroja Devi flees on a train as she does not wish to divert him from his research.

Kumaran, who is married to Kumudha, takes the blame for a murder he did not commit. Convinced of his innocence, his former lover sets out to unearth the truth, which involves Kumaran's brother-in-law.

The deeds of a dishonest man lead three children from a family to be raised by different foster parents. The children grow up in Muslim, Christian and Hindu households respectively.

Vaidyalingam Moopanar and his younger brother Sundaralingam live together along with their family. It is one big happy joint family. Though Kumar and Shankar both love Thangam, she chooses Shankar. An enraged Kumar does everything to destroy Shankar's life but the repercussions instead affect Kumar.

Mohanasundaram, a philanderer and drunkard, gets married to Chandra after he returns to India. Though he has a wife, he develops a relationship with Kantha, a prostitute.
