Paul’s daughter Sherin is no more and her husband Allen has remarried. When he visits the new couple, who is also taking care of his grandson, a few doubts pop up in his mind, regarding his daughter’s death.

The film is about terrorist organizations operating in India and how they recruit young Keralites. It stars Prithviraj, Indrajith and Master Govardhan in the lead roles. The film's story revolves around a doctor (Prithviraj) with a haunting past. He witnessed his wife (Malavika) and five-year-old son die in an explosion at a market in Delhi.

The film revolves around Ajayan (Dileep), a clerk at a lawyer's office. His son Deepu goes missing and the story follows the father's journey in search of his son.

Kunjunni (Mammootty), in an inebriated condition arrives on a rainy night to purchase Nellur Mana, which is believed to be haunted by the ghost of Savithri (Dhanya Mary Varghese). Being crazy about old houses and palaces, Kunjunni, who is in to realty business was lured into this deal by Gireeshan (Manoj K. Jayan), the son of Guptan Namboothiri (Thilakan), a feudal land lord. In a fight with Kunjunni, his younger son had fell from the terrace and had got paralyzed below the hips. Now Guptan Namboothiri wants to avenge for it. Upon reaching the old house, Kunjunni is attacked by the goons of Gireeshan, but he escapes miraculously. An atheist, Kunjunni leads a carefree life away from the traditions of his family and is inlove with Thulasimani (Kaniha), the daughter of Pisharody, the old friend of his late father, who was also a famous tantrik.

The DYSP of crime branch Thomas Erali (Mukesh) investigates the crime with great zeal, and then the real truth is exposed. The advocate, police officer, and the journalist together starts the fight for justice.
