A group of people of Indian origin live on an Island which contains a tomb of Shahenshah Chandi Sona which is believed to contain jewelry, diamonds, and gold. Mayur and Rita, stage actor love-birds, plot with Amar to steal this wealth and better their lives. They decide to buy a house from a woman named Mayadevi, and after doing so they decide to make a swimming pool and through that dig a tunnel right underneath the tomb and help themselves to the riches that they find there. They also decide to enlist the help of four jailbirds by dramatically helping them to escape from prison. After the completion of the tunnel, they run into an underground pool of water and enlist the help of undersea divers Bikram and Sharma.

Shekhar is a poor orphan who along with his trusted lieutenant Birju runs a garage. Shekhar dislikes women, has lost his faith in God and enjoys to spend time with his friends Bill and Harry. One night, When Birju introduces him to Kanchan, a runaway, he refuses to have to do anything with her, but when he finds out that her uncle, Shivraj, has offered a reward for her return, he decides to befriend her and both fall in love. Shekhar finds stolen diamonds inside the suitcase and decides to keep them, much to Kanchan's displeasure. After being betrayed by one of his own in pursuit of the diamonds, Shekar finds out that two gangs, headed by Munne Khan and George Shekhar have abducted Kanchan and his son. How far will Shekhar go to set things right and rescue his family?

Sunil Mehta is a businessman married to a pretty and loving wife, Geeta. Sunil's only problem is she is easily led to suspicion.
