Owning several aquariums, fish-loving Mumbai-based Guru makes a living stealing cars, getting them to his garage-owner friend, Ganpat Gajanan Jagirdar, and re-selling them through an associate, Sharafat. One day he steals a Mercedez and takes it to Ganpat. They inspect the car, find a bag containing Rs.1 Crore, decide to keep it and improve their lifestyles. Ganpat 'refurbishes' the vehicle, and Sharafat finds a buyer in Suleman, who quite unfortunately, recognizes it, and informs the owner, Fauzdaar - a ruthless gangster and money-lender. Guru is located, interrogated brutally, and agrees to return the cash which is still stashed in the garage. When he goes there - Ganpat, who had hidden the cash, has met with an accident, is gravely injured, and requires immediate hospitalization. While recuperating, the doctor finds that he has completely lost his memory. With rising fears of a meteor crashing in the city...

Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II (Hindi: वैसा भी होता है, English: It Happens That Way Too) is a 2003 Indian movie starring Arshad Warsi. Shashanka Ghosh, the creative driver behind the launch of MTV and Channel V in India, marks his debut as a director with this film.[1] Running in many parallel threads, it is in equal parts a comedy, satire, crime, and a Hindi masala film. The film is most famous for its songs "Allah ke Bande" performed by Kailash Kher and "Sajna Aa Bhi Jaa" performed by Shibani Kashyap.

The story, set in 1971 at the time of the war between India and Pakistan, is based on the novel of the same name by Rohinton Mistry, an Indian now living in Toronto. "Such a Long Journey" takes place mostly in and around a large apartment complex, its courtyard and the street, which the municipal authorities want to widen so that even more choking diesel fumes can cloud the air. We meet the hero, Gustad (Roshan Seth), in the process of defending the old concrete wall that protects his courtyard from the street, and later he strikes a bargain with an itinerant artist (Ranjit Chowdhry), who covers the wall with paintings from every conceivable religious tradition, with the thought that all of the groups represented will join in defending the wall.
