Passin' the faith along are the Florida Boys, who mark 50 years together, Larry Gatlin, one country music's top talents, The Steeles, one of the newest additions to country gospel and the energetic Roy Lewis with the Lewis Family. Finding that faith is a hard secret to keep, the Homecoming Friends are "helping to build the faith of another" on a brand new video from the Indiana Roof Ballroom in Indianapolis.

It's been the scene of concerts by the Clash, U2, the Dave Matthews Band, and many other secular musical acts, so the natural outdoor amphitheatre of Colorado's Red Rocks was perhaps overdue a visit from the prolific and decidedly non-secular Gaither Family, whose HOMECOMING series has been a fixture of both the Christian movement and the Billboard charts for many years. Their Red Rocks foray follows the form of the classic Gaither manifestation-the family hosts performances by longtime favorites such as Wesley Pritchard, whose "I Never Shall Forget the Day" is a particular highlight, and Donnie Sumner, who contributes a delicate, moving "The Anchor Holds." "This world is not my home, I'm just a passing through" is more than a line from an old song. This sojourner's theme has been told to children in stories, sent in letters of encouragement to friends, preached from pulpits and whispered behind the closed doors of the underground church in times of persecution. But mostly, it's been sung. When kings were unjust, they sang of a kingdom whose builder and ruler was God. When the world seemd like a foreign country and when the strange language of power and materialism was the accepted tongue, these pilgrims reminded each other that they were natives of a far better place to which they were traveling. When they were separated, estranged or lonely, they sang of a great homecoming when all the singers would one day be together around their Father's throne.

Your favorite Homecoming Friends gathered together in Fort Worth, for an exciting celebration in gospel music...Texas style. They filled the Tarrant County Convention Center and had people tappin' their toes, clappin' their hands, and kickin' up their heels.
