Rosalba (Nicoletta Romanoff) is in love with Danilo (Filippo Nigro), a young man serving his sentence in prison. To help him cope with loneliness, she decides to write every day a sweet, passionate love letter. But as she is unable to express her feelings in words, she seeks help from her friend Katia (Capotini Christian), who lives confined to a wheelchair. These letters, in principle, should express the feelings of Rosalba, but finish reflecting those of Katia, who wins the heart of Danilo. The result is a love that will struggle to overcome any barrier.
Director
Gigi and Alice are married when they rear-end a young couple: she's about to give birth so Gigi and Alice take them to the hospital and then find out the young couple don't have a lot of money so they decide to help them financially.
First Assistant Director
Story about a doctor in a Libyan military hospital who is mad, but no-one wants to declare him unfit, and he becomes the captain of a fighting unit. Through him the Germans risk losing a truce with the British, and therefore kill him and give him a hero's funeral.

Они утратили все демократические идеалы своей юности, забыли о том, какую радость принесла свобода и избавление от фашистской диктатуры. Они потеряли многие надежды и мечты. В этой жизни их ждала только апатия, бесцельное существование, духовная смерть. Или преждевременный уход из жизни после инфаркта. Проводив в последний путь умершего «счастливчика», который нашёл покой в мире ином, они вновь соберутся на террасе. И все будет продолжаться по-прежнему.
