Lion (2006)

Fed up of the corruption all around, four young men form a secret group called '4 the people' and decide to take on the corrupt on their own. They have a web site and eventually gain enormous support.

Subhash Chandra Bose aka Kochu Kurup heard a phone call by a teenage girl named Padmaja 'Pappi' Warrier and soon falls in love with her. But his parents send him to Bangalore to his best friend Kartik aka Aniyankutty (Dileep), who is a rich womanizer

Kumaran (Thilakan) is a social worker. Captain Vijay (Mohanlal) is an army captain who is on his annual leave and has come to stay with his maternal uncle. In a turn of events Vijay sees Kumaran injured from an accident and crying for help. He takes Kumaran to a hospital but could not save his life. There develops a strong bond between Kumaran and Vijay which pulls him into finding out the accident was a preplanned murder.

Three estranged brothers, who are also princes in a royal family, set out on a journey in search of a treasure. However, a mysterious revelation about the journey sorts out all the conflict between.

Aishwarya (Ambika) is a reporter for a newsmagazine looking to investigate the connection between politics and crime in Kerala. She is drawn to the life of Sagar alias Jacky (Mohanlal) who runs a clandestine gold smuggling business for Shekharan (Suresh Gopi), the son of a the state Chief Minister. Jacky is an enigmatic character who stops the smuggling business from growing because of ethical issues with narcotics, and spends his personal time pining for a girlfriend (Urvashi) who is serving time for murder. Ambika publishes a sensational article connecting Jacky to the minister, and pushes the uneasy relationship between Shekharan and Jacky into an open confrontation.

Gopan is living with his 6 year old son Ashok. His neighbor Celin falls in love with him. But he reveals that Ashok's mom is alive and he narrates his story.

The film is about Benny Chacko (Jayaram) who is a cable operator and has dreams of getting rich. His friend (Nedumudi Venu) gives him the idea of getting married so that with the dowry he can fulfill his dreams.

The movie deals with the repercussions of the murder of Reghu Rama Iyer (Vineeth) in Saudi Arabia. Under the Shariath Law, Akbar (Dileep) is found guilty and is condemned to be beheaded for the crime committed. The judgment is revoked only if the deceased ones wife, Ganga (Kavya Madhavan), forgives the murderer, Akbar. Razia (Meera Jasmin), Akbar's wife, is caught in this agonizing situation.

Final year mechanical engineering students, Romario, Riyas, Yoodas, and Athmaram think their lives are miserable since there is not one single girl in their class. Much to their joy, a girl called Riya joins their class and soon becomes friends with the boys. Termed as 'mechrani' of the college, all the boys from the mechanical department begin to flirt with her, leading to comical situations.

Jayasurya plays Priyadarshan, a village simpleton, who is overjoyed on being temporarily appointed at the Taluk Office on a leave vacancy. The officer who has gone on leave is Vaishakhan (Manoj K Jayan), who is busy pursuing his dreams of turning a film director some day. Priyan merges into the city landscape in no time, and its busy inhabitants find his ways amusing. And for the first time in his life, he falls in love.

Sreekumar comes to meet his friend, Govindan Kutty. He meets Reetha Mathews , whom he initially mistakes to be a prostitute. But he is shocked when he learns the truth about her.

A corrupt police officer takes bribes to make up the amount that he paid to get the job. He marries a woman to avenge his humiliation. Later, he has a change of heart and starts his life afresh.

The story revolves around two friends Narayanan Kutty and Balan. Narayanan, known for his flirtatious behaviour with rich women is tricked by his friend Balan. Will Narayanan decode the trap?

Sudhi (Mohanlal) who is a poor auto-rickshaw driver who meets Meenakshi (Rekha) who is the granddaughter of a well to do family. Sudhi and Meenakshi falls in love for each other and faces strong opposition from her family but the lone support of her grand father, Krishna Pillai (Thikkurisi Sukumaran Nair).

Sachidanandan (Dileep) runs an antique shop in the Jewish street at Kochi. He is famous for old Gramophone records. Sachi hates music, as he believes that his father has not made any money out of it. Aryadevi, a famous singer, who has been given her first break by Raveendran, comes to Kochi from Bombay with her daughter Pooja (Navya Nair).

Director Lal Jose is all ready with Neela Thamara, a remake of the 1979 hit by the same name, that was scripted by M.T. Vasudevan Nair and directed by Yusaf Ali Kechery. The film has had its shoot at various locations as Pattambi, Malamalkavu, Chamravattam, Kuttippuram and Thavanur.

Nandakumar is a college professor who wants to get the best treatment for his paralyzed fiancee, Uma Maheshwari. Trouble starts brewing when Shruthi, Nandakumar's student falls in love with him. Will Shruti let Uma unite with Nandakumar weaves the rest of the story.
