Synopsis
Swapnadanam is a 1976 black-and-white Malayalam-language film that marks the directorial debut of K. G. George. A marital psychodrama, it rejected all the usual song-dance numbers of popular cinema, yet succeeded in reaching the common mass.
Three stages in George's life, and three girls he encounters in each stage.
Murugan, with his tools and expertise, protects Puliyoor's villagers from deadly tiger attacks. However, Daddy, an illegal drugs dealer, takes advantage of Murugan's innocence and wrongly frames him.

He steals the idol from the local Temple with the intention of selling it and puts the blame on Madhavan. It becomes Madhavan's responsibility to find the culprits and he does that with his mentor's help and thus uniting with his girl friend.
The film is about a Hindu Nair boy, Vinod, and a Muslim girl, Aisha, and the conflict arising out of this inter-faith relationship.
