HE-LOW is a tokusatsu self-made film created and directed by Hassei Takano.

Chaejin works as a tour guide in Shin-Okubo while nurturing showbiz dreams. Meanwhile, talent agent Utako tries to think of ways to promote idols Gun Woo and JunQ, new arrivals from South Korea.

A woman is found dead and three other women, incarcerated at a psychiatric hospital. The body belonged to the wife of the hospital President, Dr. Kiriyama who has gone missing since the day of the murder. As Detective Hayashida and his partner start to investigate the case and interview the women linked to the victim, they soon find themselves tangled in a web of the women’s lies and deceptions.

Set within a city where parasites rage, the parasites settled into their human hosts and increases their power and sexual desires. Bent on the destruction of the human race, the secret underground organization Shocker secretly planned to plunge the world into chaos. But they didn’t count on the revolt of both of their experimentally “reconstructed” human beings, the Kamen Riders. Two years after their first battle with Shocker, a 3rd Rider arises to confront them, known only as “Version 3.” The arrival of the third Kamen Rider will hurl the heroes into their most terrible battle yet and the fate of the world hangs in the balance.

The film is told in three acts, beginning with a historical background of Japan's student movement of the 1960s and early 1970s, mostly using archive footage and a narrator. The second act follows the formation of the group to their mountain training camps in the southern Japanese Alps. It emphasizes the dogmatic (and eventually hypocritical) bullying of the group by Mori and Nagata, with 12 members being killed for infractions as small as improperly cleaning a gun, wearing make-up, and kissing. The third act shows the splitting up of the group after two members run off. It follows one group of five members to Karuizawa and a hostage-taking and police standoff known as the Asama-Sansō incident.

Minoru is diagnosed with cancer and undergoes surgery, but it is soon discovered that the cancer has spread to his lymphatic system and he is prescribed anti-cancer drugs. He is soon plagued by severe side effects such as vomiting, skin rash, and hematuria, and begins to distrust hospitals.

This television special is an alternate telling of the Kamen Rider Ryuki story. Shinji Kido's life, working as an employee at ORE Journal, takes a sharp turn after being pulled into the Mirror World by a Mispider. Luckily, he was saved by a Kamen Rider Ryuki, Koichi Sakakibara. However, Sakakibara could no longer go on due to the severity of his injuries and passed his Card Deck to Shinji, allowing him to become the next Ryuki and defeat the monster.

When a young Yakuza torments the customers in a rival crime family's nightclub, it is not long before his dead body is found. Soon, inter-family retaliation follows, resulting in the death for a prominent crime boss.
