A young boy named Sean is kidnapped by an evil crime lord who is terrorizing Salt City. Bernard and Miss Bianca head to Salt City for the mission. When Bernard gets captured, Bianca befriends the boy and she becomes his guardian angel. The two must try and keep five colorful gems out of the wrong hands.
A young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus, but when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer.
