Anna Gaylor, pseudonyme d'Anna Senioutovitch, est une actrice française née le 13 mai 1932 à Paris. Élève du Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique aux côtés, entre autres, de Jean Rochefort, Jean-Pierre Marielle et Jean-Paul Belmondo, elle fait ses débuts au théâtre dans les années 1950 et, après avoir tenu quelques petits rôles à la télévision et au cinéma, elle joue dans deux productions britanniques, notamment dans Les Sept Tonnerres de Hugo Fregonese où elle tient un premier rôle aux côtés de Stephen Boyd (1957), puis dans Rencontre au Kenya de Ken Annakin où elle côtoie Belinda Lee et Michael Craig(1958). Elle est par la suite omniprésente dans les films réalisés par Alain Jessua qui fut son mari ; elle apparaît, entre autres, dans La Vie à l'envers (1964), Jeu de massacre (1966), Traitement de choc (1973). Tout en poursuivant une intense carrière théâtrale, elle est également très présente à la télévision, notamment dans plusieurs séries ; son rôle plus populaire à la télé est celle de Madame Florence Massonneau, la mère des cinq filles (dont Claude Jade et Dominique Labourier) dans le feuilleton Les Oiseaux rares (1969). Au début des années 1980 elle est la maman de Véronique Jannot dans Pause-café (1981). En 2011, elle interprète la mère de Christian Clavier dans le film réalisé par celui-ci, On ne choisit pas sa famille.
