Mi (2018)

The Goldfinch narra las peripecias de Theo Decker, un niño de 13 años que vive una experiencia traumática el día en que visitaba con su madre el Metropolitan Museum of Art de Nueva York. El museo sufre un atentado terrorista y como consecuencia su madre muere en él, pero Theo sobrevive. En medio de todo el caos, Theo decide robar un cuadro, ante la insistencia de un anciano moribundo. Se trata de 'The Goldfinch', una pintura de 1654, obra del pintor holandés Carel Fabritius.

Ben Willis, estudiante de Bellas Artes, sufre de insomnio como consecuencia del abandono de su novia, Suzy. Para hacer más llevadera la vigilia, empieza a trabajar en el turno de noche del supermercado del barrio.
