Este filme se centra en el tema de "Eros", cinco historias separadas son presentadas por cinco directores coreanos. Los personajes principales de cada segmento están conectados con los de las otras historias de alguna forma.

The first episode "Mamanyiika" plays on the words "mama" and "manyika" which literally means "mother doll". The story of a possessed doll. The second episode, is the tale of three girls, one of them the apple of the eye of a terrible engkanto, who then captures the girl. Punerarya the third story, is a story of a tutor teaching the children of the ghoul entrepreneurs of a funeral parlor.

Two travelers meet on the open prairie, and pass their time together by trading stories with each other. Their tales become a sort of competition, each attempting to relate something which might disturb the other.

In the first story two grave robbers, thieving from an ancient Etruscan burial ground, gets in trouble when one of them tries out a ring which passes a werewolf curse to him! The second one is about a woman who wants to look like her best friend and goes to a plastic surgeon, which is the biggest mistake she's done. The third story is about three friends and a very dangerous sea monster eating its way through their camping site! The wrap-around story is set on a train where John Phillip Law plays a mystical hypnotist who claims that he can see the past of the passengers...

La intervención de Italia en la I Guerra Mundial separa a una pareja de recién casados cuando esperan la llegada de su primer hijo. "Dopoguerra (1920)". Un militante fascista de provincias llega a la capital para participar con los "camisas negras" de Mussolini en la Marcha sobre Roma (1922). Durante el recorrido tendrá un encuentro inesperado. "Napoli, 1943". Una hermosa historia de amor surge en un refugio napolitano, en el que la población se protege de los bombardeos. "Girandola, 1910". Historia bufa que narra las vicisitudes de un médico que recurre a sus malas artes para ayudar a sus clientes en problemas amorosos.

Las instrucciones decían que el video sería de fácil reconocimiento, pero cuando llegan a la casa encuentran una enorme biblioteca llena de VHS. Su tarea será entonces descubrir cuál es la cinta maldita.

Dos jóvenes entran en un videoclub y roban tres vídeos de terror. Sólo cuando finaliza la tercera cinta se dan cuenta del terrible precio que tienen que pagar por el robo, ya que una fuerza irresistible exige su pago en sangre.
