Los más de treinta tomos del manga de Hiroya Oku no podían comprimirse en una única película. Y mucho menos si se tiene en cuenta que estos dos volúmenes se han convertido en uno de los platos fuertes de la ciencia ficción nipona. Recovering from a failed love affair Shiyori heads to the country, in the company of best friend and bad girl Aiko. Having taken a long soak in the hot spring they retire to their respective cabins. They soon discover that the tranquil village is the home of a cult with a fetish for cutting off female legs. Trying to escape they are split up and keep in touch via their mobile phones. Multiple points of view and time frames keeps the viewer on their toes trying to discern the grisly fate of these "lost" girls.

Well-trained detective in the '0' section, Ray, is looking for her memory that was lost during the training, while also investigating a human traffic which young woman being a victim. One day, classified killer virus was seized by rising terrorists. To investigate this case, public safety sent Sarah Kodama who specializes in molecular biology and computer, to work with Ray but Ray refuses to work with Sarah. Sarah was curious about mysterious Ray, she starts to collect Ray's information and goes to see Ray's former boss, Asami. However, the man who appeared in front of Sarah was an assassinator who contemplates destruction of '0' section. What happens to Sarah...!? What is in Ray's lost memories!?
Debora
Space Investigator Justy arrives on Earth in pursuit of a dangerous bio-weapon, Debora, which has the ability to attach to living things and to control their consciousness and pass on to others through bodily contact. The only way to capture Debora is with a kiss, so Justy commandeers the body of a young man, Masayoshi, and has him kiss any person she suspects of being possessed by Debora.

Kamen Rider World is a short 3-D film produced by Toei Company based on the Kamen Rider Series that premiered on August 6, 1994 and was shown in amusement parks and special events nationwide in Japan. It was shown as a triple feature alongside Super Sentai World and Toei Hero Daishugō (a crossover between Tokusou Robo Janperson and Blue Swat which also used footage from Super Sentai World).
