Школьник Кэй Куроно и его друг Като Масару погибают под колёсами поезда, пытаясь спасти упавшего на рельсы бомжа. Вместо того, чтобы умереть, они попадают в закрытую квартиру в центре Токио, где в единственной комнате их встречают ещё несколько недавно погибших человек. Интерьер комнаты представлен лишь одним большим чёрным шаром, имя которого — Ганц. Двери и окна не открываются в силу того, что до них нельзя дотронуться. Вдруг шар резко открывает три свои панели (боковые и заднюю) и играет песню японской утренней зарядки, которую по утрам крутят по японскому радио. На передней части шара загорается надпись: «Ваши старые жизни закончились. Как распорядиться вашей новой жизнью — решать мне. Это закон.» С этого момента Кэй, Като и остальные выжившие вынуждены участвовать в странной и страшной игре.

However, the man who appeared in front of Sarah was an assassinator who contemplates destruction of '0' section. What happens to Sarah...!? What is in Ray's lost memories!?

Space Investigator Justy arrives on Earth in pursuit of a dangerous bio-weapon, Debora, which has the ability to attach to living things and to control their consciousness and pass on to others through bodily contact. The only way to capture Debora is with a kiss, so Justy commandeers the body of a young man, Masayoshi, and has him kiss any person she suspects of being possessed by Debora.

Kamen Rider World is a short 3-D film produced by Toei Company based on the Kamen Rider Series that premiered on August 6, 1994 and was shown in amusement parks and special events nationwide in Japan. It was shown as a triple feature alongside Super Sentai World and Toei Hero Daishugō (a crossover between Tokusou Robo Janperson and Blue Swat which also used footage from Super Sentai World).

The story begins with three Aliens in human form preparing for a ritual to feed the Fog Mother's "siblings". The Fog Mother last came to earth during the Prehistoric Age and is the cause of the extinction of the dinosaurs. Kenji and his kid sister are in the mountains, investigating all the deaths of animals and trees there. The Fog Mother sends the three aliens, "Gorai", "Zuu", and "Agito" to kidnap Kenji's baby sister for the sacrifice.
