Castilio discovers that the General has brought his former lover, May Ying to Miami as a hostage in case he is bothered by the local law enforcemnet. Castilio and the Miami Vice team must find a way of catching the ruthless killer without endangering the life of an innocent woman.
Crockett and Tubbs work undercover at a hotel. They discover criminals who are old enemies of Lt. Castillo and have also kidnapped Castillo's long-lost wife. Lieutenant Castillo must overthrow his old enemy, who has passed his organization on to his grandchildren.
