Arnulfo Rubio (Kristyan Ferrer) es un joven de Sinaloa que está implicado en el tráfico de armas de Estados Unidos a México. Por su parte, Hank Harris (Tim Roth), un veterano agente de la ATF, lo vigila desde el otro lado de la frontera. Un incidente mínimo hace que los dos entren en contacto y vayan juntos a un lugar muy peligroso.
