Monisha Unni was an Indian actess worked mainly in Malayalam movies. Monisha was 15 when she became the youngest actress ever to receive the National Film Award for Best Actress for Nakhakshathangal (1986), her debut film.
Priya , a rich girl, is in love with Sundar, a poor youth. Priya tries to elope with him but she fails and her father and her mother lock her in her bedroom. From there, Priya witnesses the murder of Shanthi by her husband Sabapathy in the opposite building. She takes photos of this murder and Sabapathy notices this act. Gopi, Shanthi's brother, only knows that his brother-in-law tortured his sister for a long time. He is the only one who suspects Sabapathy whereas their relatives considers him as a perfect gentleman. Gopi files a complaint secretly against Sabapathy. However, Sarath, an honest police officer, gives up the case due to the lack of evidence. What transpires later forms the crux of the story.
Elsa
Josekutty (Sudheesh), an orphan, slips into the world of crime after teaming up with petty thief Mayyanad Madhavan (Sreenivasan), but is arrested & jailed. After his release, in a heist gone wrong, he kills a security guard, for which Madhavan accepts the blame & goes to jail. Josekutty, who was trying in vain to get himself jailed, helps an old lady in distress, Rachael Mathew (Srividya), thereby becoming a member of her household & gets close to Rachael's adopted daughter Elsa (Monisha).
Viji

Malavika
Nandagopan (Mohanlal) is a respected dance teacher at the Kerala Kala Mandiram (alluding to the famed Kerala Kalamandalam repertory which performs Kerala's temple arts). However, his wife Sumangala (Parvathi) commits suicide, causing him to turn into an alcoholic and a compulsive rule breaker. He is suspected of having killed his wife and is suspended from his job for drunken misbehaviour. The new secretary of the institute Velayudhan (Nedumudi Venu) wants him to be sacked but his former reputation gives him a reprieve. He trains the talented student Malavika (Monisha) to perform in his ambitious composition of the Sita Kalyanam, but her jealous young lover Soman (Vineeth) poisons him.

Deserted by his mother, teenaged Raju is adopted by Beeranikka, a Muslim ferryman. Raju soon starts accompanying Beeranikka in ferrying people. One day, he meets a young girl who is returning to her native town Kozhikode after the death of her mother. The girl invites Raju to Kozhikode where she would be staying with her father and uncle. Not interested in leaving the ferrying job, Raju rejects the invitation. A few days later, he finds himself in possession of an ornament which he thinks belongs to the girl. He travels to Kozhikode to return the ornament and finds the girl after many days of search. The girl does not recognise Raju and says the ornament does not belong to her. Disheartened, Raju returns to the ferry.
Kunhikkavu Thamburatti
It is based on Perumthachan of the Parayi Petta Panthirukulam, a legend in the Kerala folklore. The problems caused by the generation gap are explored through the relationship between a skilled carpenter and his tradition-breaking son.

Both find love, and after sharing a few tender talks and moments depart without a clue that they will meet again. When back Ramu runs away from his uncle and lands up in the city with his neighbor namboothiri (played by P Jayachandran). As fate would have it, Ramu and Gouri meet again. Good conduct and intelligence of Ramu gets noticed and he is asked by a lawyer to stay in the house, where Gauri is a maid. The lawyer's deaf and dumb daughter Lakshmi (Saleema) gets attracted to Ramu and the lawyer fixes the marriage without asking Ramu. The triangle love story leads to a sad ending.
