Yao's Aunt
Una adaptación cinematográfica de la popular e influyente novela "Changhen Ge" de Wang Anyi. La vida de una persona está destinada a ser más corta que la de una ciudad. Before the Big Ban on prostitution, West Hong Kong is famous for its houses of pleasure. The most infamous of them all is Floral Ode House. Among its girls are Yen Hung, who becomes a widow regularly; aristocratic Chien Chien; Cherry Fun, who manages to lose the nickname; and a bevy of beauties. The madam who is on good terms with the police chief claims the best business this side of virtue. Then there comes from England Cheng Li-Peng, commissioned to ban prostitution. He is engaged to Lily, the police chief's daughter. But his parents had arranged a wife for him when he was an infant. They have lost trace of each other. Cheng Li-Peng starts his investigation, which lead him to Yen Hung's and Chien Chien's bedrooms. He is surprised to find himself in love with all three girls. And one of them turns out to be his missing fiancee!
Train Captain's Girlfriend
Un tren muy especial acaba de salir de Shangai. Sus pasajeros son ricos comerciantes que viajan con sus esposas, realmente, unos blancos muy jugosos para cualquier ladrón. Pero el robo no llega a producirse, sino que se produce una situación totalmente distinta. ¡Parada obligatoria! Un extraño pasajero sabotea el tren y todos deben bajarse… en su pueblo natal. Wong's mother
Wong Yan Tung, a doctor with a fear of fire and recurring nightmares of being cremated alive, is dedicated to fighting his colleagues' ignorance about the nature of clinical death. Prostitute Kam Kuk, Wong's childhood friend, attempts suicide several times and they inevitably reconnect during her short hospital stays, while Wong's girlfriend suffers from mysterious and sudden bouts of numbness in her arm.
Taking place in 1941, Love in a Fallen City centers on Pai, a young woman who has been ostracized by her family for divorcing her rich husband. A local match-maker, Mrs. Hsu, takes pity on Pai and decides to bring her to Hong Kong, under the guise of employing her as the Hsu's nanny, but in reality to introduce her to Fan. Pai and Fan seem to hit it off, but Fan's refusal to marry Pai soon sours things. However, as the Japanese begin to invade Hong Kong, the two begin to realize their true feelings for each other.

They fought, understood, became good friends and went on look for 'Flower Kid'...

When he meets a true master con artist, he begs to become a pupil and learn some tricky kung fu. The pair are later separated, and Nobody finds another master to learn more deadly skills.
Cheng Szu is a hostess in a Hong Kong night-club who spends one evening in the company of 4 crooks masquerading as Indonesian billionaires. When CID crash the party 2 of the men, Ling & Hung, escape while the other pair, Lu & Tan, are captured and imprisoned.
