Edgardo "Cacho" Pallero, persona, a través de su historia de vida se dará una visión de la época, del compromiso de los jóvenes sesentistas, la toma de posiciones ideológicas y políticas; y en el caso de Pallero, su formación cinematográfica, asumiendo la tarea del productor desde sus comienzos.
