Jacob Latimore es Bo, un chico que queda huérfano y tiene que responsabilizarse por su hermana menor. Por lo mismo, decide utilizar sus trucos de magia para ganarse la vida. Sin embargo, la vida callejera de los Ángeles hace que Bo recurra a actividades ilegales para poder mantenerse a flote, lo que lleva a que una pandilla de criminales secuestren a su hermana. No obstante, estos no saben que Bo tiene un As bajo la manga, tiene el poder de mover los objetos con su mente y no se detendrá hasta poder recuperar a su hermanita.
