La Capitana Maude Gardner, es una piloto de la Segunda Guerra Mundial capaz de cruzar los vuelos en un B-17, una auténtica fortaleza voladora de enorme tamaño. La Capitana Gardner es encomendada con llevar unos documentos totalmente secretos en un B-17, pero el viaje no será fácil cuando se tenga que enfrentar a una serie de presencias malignas que habitan en el avión.

Eight-year-old Jesse lives in a twilight world of sadness and silence, squeezed into a tiny caravan with his grief stricken father. They're in limbo, existing more than living. The child intuitively understands that looking forward is harder than looking back, and that's where life happens. But they are stuck, until an accidental friendship with a V8 driving transsexual unlocks the means for Jesse to liberate his father and himself.

Gravity & Grace may be writer and critic Chris Kraus’ final and exuberant attempt at an artists’ career. Kraus is best known for her novels, (I Love Dick, Aliens & Anorexia, Torpor and most recently Summer of Hate), her art criticism (Video Green, Where Art Belongs), and her work in publishing subjective narratives through Semiotext(e)'s Native Agents Series, which she founded. Prior to writing, Kraus was an artist, actress and filmmaker. She made short, experimental, low-budget films, and one feature, Gravity & Grace; its failure on the market is chronicled in detail in her book Aliens & Anorexia.
