Un centenar de bailarines y bailarinas han de realizar unas pruebas en el escenario de un teatro para demostrar si son aptos para la comedia musical que prepara el reputado y estricto Zach. De manera implacable se va desarrollando la selección hasta que solamente queden los elegidos.
