One day, the Chief of Police becomes aware that 2.5 million yen in seized money is missing. He orders Shintarou and Koichi to bring the money in by tomorrow morning. Shintarou and Koichi are in big trouble. They then read an article about a pension fund embezzlement case involving 6 billion yen. The prime suspect of the pension fund embezzlement case spent most of that money, but he has 2.5 billion yen left.

When good-for-nothing employee Daichi is attending to a backlog of work, a frightening game of tag targeting people with blood type B begins.

One day, it's decided that all people with blood type B have to be killed. There are people in black costumes who chase after and kill everyone with blood type B. Tsukasa is one of those people. Together with her friend Yui she tries to stay alive and staying alive means running because hiding isn't a solution. On the hunt, they meet Masaharu and together they decide to fight against those black costumed creatures.

Zebra City 2025 – music echoing across what used to be Tokyo from Zebra Queen marks the start of Zebra Time, a 5 minute window twice a day when the city population is free to commit any crime and the Vengeful Zebra Mini-Skirt Police and masked Zebra Police can shoot civilians at will. Zebraman wakes in the street, unable to remember the last 15 years, or his superhero past. He must rely on a band Zebra Time survivors, a man who played him in a TV show version of Zebraman and a mysterious silent girl to battle this Zebra obsession that is splitting the city in to absolutes of black and white.

"Death Game Park" is an action thriller reminiscent of Kinji Fukasaku's "Battle Royale." A group of young adults have been forced to participate in a "death game" for an unknown purpose. Unable to call for help, they have to muster their strength in order to survive and find a way to escape. Note: This is a Mobile Drama (BeeTV) and has around 24 episodes with the episodes being around 5 minutes each. However, the subbers (TV-Nihon) have merged this all into one long "movie."

The final stage show and musical for Kamen Rider Decade. It features Kuuga and a Shocker grunt who become friends and push each other to become stronger. It (allegedly) takes place before Kamen Rider Decade episode 30.

Shibuya portragoniza a Asami Mutsuki, uno de los clientes de Shotaro Hidari(Renn Kiriyama) quien busca a su hermana Erika.Death Dopant, el líder del mundo de la muerte permite a los muertos volver a la vida, usando a los Masquerade Dopant como soldados para revivir al mentor de Shotaro y padre Akiko ,Sokichi Narumi.

Tsukasa y Natsumi llegan otra vez a una nueva dimension Rider,cuando esta ultima se da cuenta que las fotos de Tsukasa no salen borrosas como en las anteriores dimensiones lo cual significa que esta es la dimension natal de Tsukasa.Por fin se rebelara quien es realmente Kadoya Tsukasa y el destino de Kamen Rider Decade.

The viewer's choices throughout the DVD affect how Decade and Diend's fight against Dai-Shocker's Televi Bae-Kun plays out, as well as Yusuke Onodera's completion of the Decade Bazooka weapon from a punch out sheet in the back of a Televi-Kun magazine.

A series of Internet and cellphone spin-off films associated with the theatrical movie "Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker". Thirty of these short films were made, taking place in the "World of Net", with the first aired on July 17, 2009. The series was split up into multiple categories including "Petition!" and "Transform!".
