Long ago, the inhabitants of the fairyland drove the evil witch Vergilda into our world and imprisoned her in the Magic Cup, where she languished for 500 years, until the workers of the children's camp, preparing for the New Year, found it and accidentally opened it. Just inside the front door is the lawyers wife, she tell Marina that he’s lost it and locked the children in their rooms and that he’s going to kill them all.

Nina
This is a modern story of a prosperous family, in whose harmonious way of life a young man, a former partner of her husband in creating a computer network, breaks into. Involving his wife in a love affair, he pretends to be a messenger from Shambhala. At some point, she is ready to believe him, despite her husband's convictions that her chosen one is crazy. The psychologically tense action is set off by episodes of the hero's fantasies, in which the intrigue is given a comic effect, so there is no reason to assume a tragic ending.

Gera, a respected director of TV commercials, thinks he's capable of creating a fiction movie masterpiece. Predictably, he ends up with owning money to a mafia and no film to show for. To make his life even crazier he falls in love with a girl who belongs to the boss of mafia.

Strana Glukhikh is about an unusual relationship between two women, one of them a deaf-mute dancer and the other on the run from the mafia. An old intellectual tries to explain to the neighbor’s five-year-old daughter “all the abomination of her lumpen existence”. The girl feeling hurt for her mother decides to poison the old man with arsenic.
