泊進ノ介 / 仮面ライダードライブは市民をロイミュードの脅威から守るために日々戦い続けていたが、2015年8月6日、港区のエネルギー施設で巨大ロイミュードに向けて、トレーラー砲を発射しようとすると、突如現れた青年・泊エイジに止められる。さらに進ノ介の意思に反し、発射されたトレーラー砲は巨大ロイミュードのみならず、同時に周囲のエネルギー施設に甚大な被害を与えてしまうという事態を起こす。原因はドライブドライバーことベルトさんの異常だったが、すぐに正常に戻るもその内部には、何か制御できないものが確認されていた。
