Fifteen years ago, five men were abducted by aliens. Only four returned. Now, these same four men have managed to capture one of the creatures who killed their friend and ruined their lives.
地球の探査にやって来て一人取り残された異星人と少年の交流を暖かく描き上げたSFファンタジー。森の中に静かに降り立つ異星の船から現れる宇宙人たち。だが彼らの地球植物の調査は人間たちの追跡によって中断される。宇宙船は急いで空に舞い上がるが一人の異星人が取り残されていた。森林にほど近い郊外に住む少年エリオットは裏庭でその異星人と遭遇、彼をかくまう事にする。兄と妹を巻き込んで、ETと名付けられたその異星人との交流が始まったが、ETの存在を知っているのはエリオットたちだけではなかった……。

5年前、相棒のKとともに地球の危機を救ったJは、いまやMIBのエリート捜査官。日常業務を淡々とこなす平穏な毎日を送っていた。しかし、そんな彼の前に新たな敵が出現した。地球上では下着のモデルとして活躍している超セクシー宇宙人のサーリーナに、なんとMIB本部が占拠されてしまう。一人助かったJが頼れるのは、現在は引退している元相棒のKだけ。ところが、郵便局員となったKは完全に平和ボケ状態。しかもエージェント時代の記憶をきれいに消されていた。果たして、Kは記憶を取り戻し、敏腕エージェントとしてJとともに地球を救うことができるのか？
1942年、ミュンヘン出身の若い女性ユンゲはヒトラーの個人秘書の職を得る。それから月日は流れて1945年、第2次世界大戦は大詰めを迎え、ヒトラーはごく限られた身内や腹心の部下たちとベルリンのドイツ首相官邸の地下要塞に逃げ、そこで不自由な生活を送る。敗北の気配が濃くなる中、ヒトラーはまだ反撃のシナリオを熱っぽく語るが次第に部下たちは彼から離反していき、ユンゲは歴史の証人としてその光景を静かに見守る。
