スティッチは自分がカウアイ島の町をムチャクチャに壊してしまう悪夢にうなされていた。リロに優しく慰められ、ひと安心するスティッチだったが、ある日、様子がおかしくなり暴れはじめてしまうのだった。スティッチの生みの親ジャンパは「スティッチの分子エネルギーが下がるほど悪い子になってしまい、エネルギーが切れたとき、永遠に動かなくなってしまう」という。自分を抑えきれなくなったスティッチはついにリロを傷つけてしまい、傷心とともに行く当てのない一人旅に出て行くのだった。

妻を病気で亡くしたティーは工事現場で働きながら一人息子のディッキーを一流私立小学校に通わせている。ディッキーの欲しがる運動靴を拾いに行ったゴミ捨て場で、ティーは緑色のボールを見つける。ティーが持ち帰ったボールから生まれた生物（かどうか不明な物体）をディッキーはミラクル7号と呼んで飼い始める。

公衆衛生調査官マシューはある日、同僚のエリザベスから奇妙な相談を受ける。彼女の恋人ジェフリーが以前の彼とは別人のようになったという。その翌日、エリザベスがマシューの家に駆け込んで来て、ジェフリーは見知らぬ人たちと密会しており、彼らは人間らしい感情が無いように思われたという。マシューはエリザベスを知り合いの精神科医のキブナー博士のところへ連れて行くがそれは単なる幻覚にすぎないと断定される。数日後、マシューの親友ジャックの家で不思議な物体が発見される。

5話の短編で構成されたオムニバスのホラー映画。1950年代のECコミックに代表される、20世紀中盤に隆盛を誇った“ホラーや犯罪物語を題材としたアメリカン・コミックス”の再現を作品全体のテーマとしている。スティーヴン・キングがオリジナル脚本を書き下ろし、製作陣には『ゾンビ』他の監督ジョージ・A・ロメロ、特殊メイクアーティスト、トム・サヴィーニなど数多くの著名人が名を連ね、キング本人とその息子ジョー・ヒル、サヴィーニは俳優としても出演している。

西暦2154年。人類は惑星ポリフェマスの最大衛星パンドラに鉱物採掘基地を開いている。この星は熱帯雨林のような未開のジャングル覆われていて獰猛な動物と”ナヴィ”という先住種族が暮らしており、森の奥には地球のエネルギー問題解決の鍵となる希少鉱物の鉱床がある。この星の大気は人間に適さないので屋外活動にはマスクを着用する必要があり、ナヴィと意思疎通し交渉するために人間とナヴィの遺伝子を組み合わせて人間が作りあげた”アバター”が用いられた。

8人の医学生が休暇を利用して雪山を訪れる。そこは、かつてナチスの兵団が略奪を繰り拡げた後に全滅したといういわくつきの土地だった。山小屋に寝泊まりした医学生たちは偶然ナチスの財宝を発見し、横領しようとする。するとそのとき、冷凍されていたナチ兵たち突如ゾンビとして復活し、学生たちを襲い始める。ナチゾンビたちは数名を食い殺すが、何とか生き延びた者たちも負けじと斧やマシンガンで武装して友人の弔いのために反撃を開始する。
