A Palestinian refugee living in Copenhagen is rescued from a gang of racist thugs by a young woman with whom he falls in love.

When a secretary at the Danish embassy in Russia dies in suspicious circumstances, the local police seem determined to close the case. But diplomat Jack Anderson, who has been brought in to observe, falls for a beautiful singer with ties to the murder and begins his own investigation.

She's back - the lovable little elf who sleeps in a matchbox on the artist's desk: and of course her playmates, too, the comical mouse couple Fredrik and Ingolf. The trio are moving into the city. It's a mjor step for Circleen and the mice, and one which has its pros and cons. The city is a dangerous place, but it also has cute, amusing, cheeky playmates such as Sidse, whose family boasts a pirate, and Hassan's family, who introduce food-loving Ingolf to feta cheese and belly-dancing.

Snuden is a secret and peaceful animal who lives in a green bog. He is a friend to all animals. One day a hunter tries to shoot Snuden's best friend, the otter Otto. Snuden decides that he will try to find an explanation to why humans are that mad.

The last movie in the Thralls-trilogy.

The Snooks (singular!) derives his name from the Danish expression "leaving the Snooks behind" much used by 7-year-old Eigil's parents to indicate somebody's going nuts. This being a live action-cum-puppet animation film, Eigil's own imagination turns the Snooks into an amiable gnome-like little fellow and best friend during a summer holiday. When they are being joined by a cat, the fun really begins.

In this wry comedy, the self-deceiving exploits of Lasse (Peter Hesse Overgaard), are shown, as he more or less innocently runs small cons on the people in his life, all the while sponging off of his girlfriend in a bohemian quarter of Copenhagen. He is a no-count, but fairly handsome young stud who imagines that he is some sort of art promoter, or is perhaps even a video artist himself.

In his new film, an intriguing and delicately crafted drama, Malmros portrays the poignant story of a man, who grew up in very modest circumstances in the early years of the 20th century, but whose diligence, intelligence and willingness to endure hardship helped him to become a leading brain surgeon. A success story on the face of it, but a story about a man - who is none other than the director's father - a man of powerful emotions. The film explores the nature and origin of the guilt that repeatedly deprived him of happiness.
