見事に牧羊犬ならぬ牧羊豚となった『ベイブ』の続編。ここではベイブの不注意から、ホゲットさんの体が不自由になってしまう。牧場の仲間たちに後押しされて農場のピンチを救うため、ベイブはエズメおばさんと共に都会へ旅立つことを決意した。

収穫祭の賞品として農場主アーサーにもらわれた子ブタのベイブ。牧羊犬の母犬フライはベイブに農場のルールを教えた上、自分の子供たちと同じようにベイブを可愛がってくれる。
