田舎町の農場で暮らすカウボーイの青年ケイレブ(エイドリアン・パスダー)は、ある月夜の晩、道端で佇むメイと名乗る美しい少女(ジェニー・ライト)と出会う。彼女の怪しげな魅力に虜となるケイレブだったが、実はメイは吸血鬼だった。メイに首筋を噛まれたことで吸血鬼へと変貌してしまったケイレブは、正体不明の一団に拉致され止む無くメイたち吸血鬼の首領ジェシー(ランス・ヘンリクセン)率いる一味に加わるのだが...。
