This is a live-action version of the popular Japanese animated series Dragon Ball.

タイの村で、象と共に生活を送るカーム。ある日、動物密輸組織のボス、スチャートにより象のコーンがさらわれてしまう。コーンを取り戻す為にスチャートのもとへ向かうが、彼は何者かによって殺されていた。警察、スチャートの姪ピンピンは、現場に居合わせたカームを犯人と断定し追跡を開始する。複数の追っ手が迫る中コーンの居場所を見つけ出すが……。

世界大戦による核戦争後の近未来。暴力が支配する闇と混沌の世界の中、1800年の歴史を持つ究極の暗殺拳・北斗神拳の伝承者ケンシロウは、救世主と呼ばれる道を歩み出す。一方、北斗を離れた長兄のラオウは、武力と恐怖による支配こそ、この世界に新しい秩序をもたらすと信じ、ケンシロウとは真逆の道を歩き出していた。

核戦争後の荒廃した世界で、自ら拳王を名乗る暴君ラオウは、すべてをその掌中に収めようとしていた。そんな彼の前に鉄仮面の謎の人物“南斗最後の将”と、その義勇軍が立ちふさがる。民衆から救世主と呼ばれていたケンシロウはその将を守る“南斗五車星”のメンバーと出会い、彼らと共に自分の兄ラオウに挑むことを決意する。

ミーファン国皇帝（餃子）の花嫁ランランが行方不明となり、ミーファン国大臣（鶴仙人）はランラン捜索のためにドラゴンボールを集めようと画策する。各地へ兵を派兵したミーファン国は、ドラゴンボールの捜索のために現地の住人まで駆り出し強制労働や虐殺などを繰り返していた。 一方で、この時期ミーファン国で開かれる武道大会で優勝すると褒章が貰えるという。ウパとボラは国の非道を正す目的で、亀仙人の弟子となった孫悟空とクリリンは腕試しのために武道大会へと赴くのであった。

The Canadian policeman Louis Burke is assigned in a jail to investigate the murders of prisoners and jailors. At least, helped by two another prisoners, he succeded in finding the truth about the dreadful crimes. In a violent and corrupt prison, decorated cop Louis Burke must infiltrate the jail to find answers to a number of inside murders. What he finds is a struggle of life and death tied in to his own past.
