When 20-year old Nathan loses his career and his girlfriend, he questions his purpose in life. Compounding his struggle, Nathan grew up in a foster home and never met his birth mother. He sets out on a quest to find his mother and somehow come to terms with her rejection of him. His journey begins by flying to the city where he was born. Upon his arrival, Nathan checks into a hotel and meets Mave the hotel's housekeeper. Encouraged by Mave's wisdom and the help of hotel guest Shelly, Nathan finds the address of his mother, Linda. Linda is a social worker who agonizes over the decision she made with Nathan 20 years ago. In an effort to admonish the guilt of giving up her son, Linda is caught up in the life of a teenage mother-to-be, Tori, who is conflicted by the decision to abort her baby. When Nathan gathers the courage to meet his mother, he uncovers a terrible secret that totally redefines what was meant to be for his life.

いつものようにジャイアンにいじめられ、ドラえもんに泣きつくのび太。だがドラえもんは憂鬱そうな感じを見せる。実はドラえもんは未来の世界へ帰らなければならなくなったのだ。のび太は必死に止めるが、別れが辛そうなドラえもんを見て、ドラえもんとの別れを受け入れる事にする。 最後の夜、2人は町を散歩する。その途中でドラえもんが少しその場を離れた間にジャイアンが現れ、相変わらずの言いがかりをつけて、のび太に喧嘩を仕掛けて来る。ドラえもんから心配を払拭させるべく、のび太は無謀を承知で、単身ジャイアンに挑むのだった。

Donald and Mickey are overdue on their rent, so the sheriff is preparing to evict them and sell their belongings. Goofy the ice-man comes by and helps them move out before the sale, but their piano doesn't want to stay on his truck. Meanwhile, Donald has a fight with a plunger and a fishbowl after removing a heater from the gas line.
Two Goofys play a tennis match in typical Goofy style. The announcer sometimes has trouble following the action. The groundskeeper seems to always be present, trimming the grass, filling in holes (in one case with a tree), and delivering the oversized trophy.
Donald and Goofy are trappers in the frozen south (Antarctica) with different approaches. Donald sees a penguin and dresses as one to lure her to the chopping block; Goofy baits a trap with fish (then acts like a walrus to capture one that steals his bait bucket).
