いつものようにジャイアンにいじめられ、ドラえもんに泣きつくのび太。だがドラえもんは憂鬱そうな感じを見せる。実はドラえもんは未来の世界へ帰らなければならなくなったのだ。のび太は必死に止めるが、別れが辛そうなドラえもんを見て、ドラえもんとの別れを受け入れる事にする。 最後の夜、2人は町を散歩する。その途中でドラえもんが少しその場を離れた間にジャイアンが現れ、相変わらずの言いがかりをつけて、のび太に喧嘩を仕掛けて来る。ドラえもんから心配を払拭させるべく、のび太は無謀を承知で、単身ジャイアンに挑むのだった。

源静香と出木杉英才が空き地で仲良く「白雪姫」の劇の練習をしているところを見て、野比のび太は本当に将来自分としずかが結婚できるのかどうか不安になる。但し、本来ののび太の妻は剛田ジャイ子で、6子を儲ける。 そこでドラえもんと共に、タイムマシンでのび太の結婚式の日へ向かったが、間違えてその前日に着いてしまった。せっかくだからと、未来ののび太の結婚前日の様子を見ていくことにするが…。
