海軍の水兵とその家族を乗せたフェリーが、突然大爆発を起こした。現場を捜査した結果、爆発がテロだったことが判明。さらに、爆発現場の近くで発見された女性の死体が、殺人によるものだということも判明した。その死体の女性・クレアに奇妙なデジャヴを感じたATF捜査官の主人公。ある捜査スタッフ達と共に4日と6時間前の映像を見られる監視モニターを見せられる。
