ちょっぴり内気な高校生バーニーは、クラスで一番の美女ジェーンに対しても、ただ憧れて見ているだけ。ところが科学の実験中、バーニーはふとしたはずみから超能力を身につけてしまう。突然身についた力に半信半疑のバーニーだが、やがて、彼の超能力は学校や家で大騒動を巻き起こしていく。
