Already the fourth sequel of the popular song DVD for children from Maria Podhradska and Richard Canaky Spievankovo 4 will get you through the Spievankovo country, where lives Spievanka and Zahrajko, lives a fairy Nezábudka and her friend rabbit Smejko. Smejko bunny who loves to travel, wants to go on a trip to England. Fairy Nezábudka therefore invites to Spievankovo her small English friends who teach bunny Smejko English. 大ヒットミュージカル「オペラ座の怪人」の25周年を記念してロンドンで行われた公演を収録。総勢200人以上のキャストとオーケストラが共演し、サラ・ブライトマンほかオリジナルキャストも特別出演。
全員同じ大学に合格して後は卒業を間近に控えるだけとなった唯、澪、律、紬は、部室でお茶を飲みながらいつも通りの時間を過ごしていた。ある日唯たち4人は、教室でクラスメートのバレー部が卒業旅行の計画を立てていることを知り、卒業旅行に行くことを決める。その話を聞いた梓も加えて、行先の候補地を決めることになる。当初あみだくじで決めようとしていたが唯のインチキによりあみだくじは中止に。その後、水槽の中に入れた、それぞれの行きたい場所を書いたティーカップの中から、トンちゃんが触れた場所に決める、という方法をとる。その結果、澪の希望しているロンドンに行くことになった。そして、いざロンドンへ出発した軽音部員達だったが、一方で唯達3年生は、唯の提案で先輩として梓に残すものとして、梓に贈る曲のことを考えていた。
