長距離トラックの運転手、ゴローとガンがとあるさびれたラーメン屋に入ると、店主のタンポポが幼馴染の土建屋ビスケンにしつこく交際を迫られていたところだった。それを助けようしたゴローだが逆にやられてしまう。翌朝、タンポポに介抱されたゴローはラーメン屋の基本を手解きしタンポポに指導を求められる。そして次の日から「行列のできるラーメン屋」を目指し、厳しい修行を始める。
