シノプシス
近未来。巨大企業を率いるジュリアンは、ヴァイスという富裕層に向けたリゾート施設を建造する。そこには人間に酷似した精巧な女性型アンドロイドが居住者として置かれ、顧客は彼女たちを殺したり、襲ったりすることができるという、モラルに反するような場所であった。そんな中、アンドロイド居住者ケリーのメモリーが自動消去されず、顧客たちにされたおぞましい行為の記憶がフラッシュバックし、彼女はヴァイスから逃げようとする。
Dempsey Cain is an honored cop, a loving husband and father, and mentor to his handsome younger brother. Then a drug dealer's bullet paralyzes him for life and Dempsey's world is shattered. Suddenly, his wife and brother seem to care less about him than for each other, and a million-dollar insurance.
As a result of a misdiagnosis, Detective Burt Simpson is told he has just weeks to live. He gains a new respect for his life and loved ones but learns that in order for his wife, Carolyn, and son, Dougie, to collect any insurance money, he must be killed in the line of duty. He then becomes the most reckless man on the police force, volunteering for dangerous assignments over the objections of his by-the-book partner.
High-priced prostitutes are being systematically murdered, their corpses mutilated, and a bizarre South American symbol painted in blood is found at the scene. The cop investigating is out to solve the crime before his ex wife, a reporter, becomes the next victim.
2010年夏。健二（神木隆之介）は高校２年生の草食系男子。数学オリンピックへの出場を逃し、夏休みの予定は世界中の金融やインフラを担うシステム“OZ”の保守点検をするバイトだけ。ある日、健二は先輩の夏希（桜庭ななみ）に頼まれ、長野県上田市にある彼女の実家に行くことに。憧れの先輩との旅に胸を躍らせる健二。しかし夏希は曾祖母・栄（富司純子）の誕生祝いのために親戚一同が集合した場で、突然、健二が自分のフィアンセだと紹介！実は、夏希が健二を連れてきたのは、病気がちな栄を安心させるための苦肉の策。うろたえながらも、健二はフィアンセのふりをすることになってしまう。

Sheena's parents are killed while on Safari. She is raised by the mystical witch woman of an African tribe. オリジナルビデオアニメが隆盛となった1980年代中盤に、作家性を前面に押し出して製作されたオムニバス作品である。大友克洋は本作ではオープニング、エンディングを担当しているが、短い時間に大友アニメのエッセンスが詰まっている。タイトルロゴの英字は、ディテールいっぱいに構造物が判別できるよう描き込まれた建造物。それが機械として走って来る構図や、オモチャ箱的で遊園地のような中身が丁寧に段取りを踏んで崩壊していく映像など、まさしく『スチームボーイ』の縮図と言っても良い光景がそこにある。他の作家がそれぞれ「ロボット」をお題に独特の世界を展開する中で、大友克洋はちょっと肩の力を抜いた映像主体の短編をつくりあげている。
