ＬＡでセレント率いるギャング主催の違法ロードレースに参加した潜入捜査官のルーカス。ワイルドなスピードで愛車を激走させるも、結果はビリ。だがセレントのアジトに潜入し、すっかりギャングたちに気に入られた彼は、マフィアがファストフード店に隠した金を強奪することになる。
