Two pals embark on a road trip full of funny pranks that pull real people into mayhem.

Clark Griswold is on a quest to take his family on a quest to Walley World theme park for a vacation, but things don't go exactly as planned.

スポーツ記者のラウル・デュークと、サモア人で弁護士のドクター・ゴンゾー。彼らはバイクレースの取材のため、トランク一杯に「治療薬」と称したあらゆるドラッグを詰め込み、一路ラスベガスへ。超一流ホテルのスウィートルームに到着した彼らは、取材そっちのけで、早速ドラッグ三昧。ホテルを荒らしまくってやりたい放題する。

幼なじみのフリオとテノッチは17歳の高校生。溢れるエネルギーを持て余し気味の二人が考えることといえばセックスのことばかり。ところが、肝心のガールフレンドたちは旅行に出かけてしまい、せっかくの夏を何をするでもなく過ごしていた。そんなある日、親戚の結婚式で二人は年上の女性ルイサと知り合う。彼女をドライブに誘うためダメもとで“天国の口”という在りもしないビーチの名を口にする二人。ところが、数日後、夫の浮気を知ったルイサはテノッチに一緒にドライブ旅行に行くと告げる。慌てる二人だったが、チャンスとばかりルイサを連れアテのない旅に出るのだった……。

Lloyd and Harry are two men whose stupidity is really indescribable. When Mary, a beautiful woman, loses an important suitcase with money before she leaves for Aspen, the two friends (who have found the suitcase) decide to return it to her. After some "adventures" they finally get to Aspen where, using the lost money they live it up and fight for Mary's heart.
