シノプシス
自らに眠る黒魔術の力を制御するため、師である賢者ゴージュンのもとで修行を重ねるマレク。そんな時、かつて奴隷だった彼女の元主人であるペレガスの罠により、仲間の剣士セインが捕まってしまった。ペレガスはセイン解放の条件として、謎の麻薬イリストリウムを隠した売人を見つけ出せという。やむなく条件をのんだマレクたちは、ペレガスの部下ベティラをお目付役として、危険に満ちた旅へと出発する。
過激さが持ち味の新進マジシャンに人気を奪われ、すっかり落ち目になったイリュージョニスト・コンビのバートとアントン。そんな中、二人は起死回生のパフォーマンスに挑むが、バートのわがままな性格が災いして失敗に終わりコンビは決裂。活躍の場を失い、一文無しになったバートは、ある老人ホームで働くことになる。そこで彼はマジシャンを志すきっかけになった大先輩ホロウェイと出会い、再び脚光を浴びるために奮闘する。
