Saint Drogo is a supernatural slowburn thematically inspired by 70s horror like Rosemary's Baby and Wicker Man. A gay couple, whose relationship has grown a bit strained, take an impromptu trip to Provincetown, Cape Cod in the off-season. Caleb, one half of the couple, has been plagued by nightmares of his ex, who had been working in Provincetown for the summer. When they arrive to town, it appears Caleb's ex has gone missing. As disturbing hallucinations continue to haunt Caleb, he becomes more determined in finding him. But the closer he gets, the sooner he nears the sinister secret the town is hiding.

A remote village in the mountains. A community affected by a mysterious illness. Sudden death among the inhabitants of the township.The fear of them all, Gorecki, chief of the sick people, strangely gets attached to Giacomo, an "healthy" boy, as he sees in the young boy a chance for redemption and salvation. Giacomo's kidnapping will then stir up the furious reaction of the inhabitants, who are determined to respond in inexorable and ultimate way to the vexations and mistreats they have been suffering from for a long while. However, sometimes the desire for revenge is so strong to survive even death and time.

A young couple encounters a ghostly hitchhiker trying to get home from her accident thirty years ago. But though they may know how this old ghost story goes, the ending isn't anything like what they expect.

The film’s story is based on Swedish author Alex Schulman’s successful novel of the same name, and is inspired by true events. It revolves around Karin Stolpe’s complex relationship with her husband Sven Stolpe and her passionate love affair with Olof Lagercrantz which starts in the 1930s. The film shows the impact of passion, jealousy and anger across 70 years, involving different generations.

The 1937 trial of communist journalists, working for the same student magazine in Vilnius, is shown through the tragic life of the paper's young collaborator Julek Szulc.
