伝説のインディオ、シリシャマ族を求めて南米アマゾンに来た映画作家のテリーら撮影隊は、シリシャマ族を探している途中で遭難していた密猟者・サローンを助ける。最初は温厚な態度をとっていたサローンだったが、巨大蛇アナコンダが現れるや否や本性を曝け出し、アナコンダ捕獲の目的遂行の為にテリー達を支配してしまう。テリー達はサローンとオオアナコンダの脅威から逃げ延びることは出来るのか…。

不正なアマゾンの森林伐採の実態を世に訴えるため、学生たちの活動家から成るグループは現地に赴く。その後、彼らの度を越した行動が目に余ったため全員強制送還されることになるが、その途中で搭乗機がエンジントラブルを起こしてしまう。熱帯雨林に墜落した飛行機の生存者たちは救助を求めるが、彼らを待ち受けていたのは食人族だった。

ビクトリア朝時代の英国。未確認生物の発見に執念を燃やすフロスト卿は同時に、探検家たちの憧れ、“貴族クラブ”に入会したいと望むが、伝説の生物の存在を証明する必要があった。そんな彼のもとに未確認生物ビッグフットの居場所を教えるという手紙が届く。類人猿が人間に進化する過程にあるというビッグフットは進化の過程の欠けた部分“ミッシング・リンク（失われた環）”と思われ、フロスト卿は手紙の送り主を訪ねるが……。

深い森の中でゴリラに育てられ、たくましく成長したターザン。動物学者の父とともにゴリラの研究のためにジャングルへやって来たジェーンが、ターザンといっしょに暮らし始めて1年が経った。ジェーンは冒険に満ちたこの１年の色々なできごとを振り返る。仲間との再会や新たな敵の出現、そして火山の大爆発。ジャングルでの毎日はスリルとアクションの連続でした。
