Charged with genocide by the treacherous Valeyard at his trial, the Doctor receives help from an unlikely source to turn the tide of the High Council's rulings in his favour and reveal the Valeyard as a wrongdoer: the Master. For the Valeyard's own crimes are so atrocious, even the Doctor's archenemy will help him to ensure that the villain won't see the light of day again. Cornered, the Valeyard flees to the Matrix, where he can be the Doctor's judge, jury and executioner...

1980年、ハワイ沖を航行する原子力攻撃空母ニミッツは突如、奇妙な竜巻の襲来を受けたために真珠湾へ引き返そうとするが、そのまま呑み込まれてしまう。嵐は収まったものの、随伴していた駆逐艦が行方不明で無線にどこからも応答がないなどの異常な事態を認識した艦長は、両舷に緊急警戒態勢を発令すると共に、真珠湾への偵察機を発進させる。ニミッツに近づく飛行機をレーダーによって発見し、調査のためにF-14トムキャットを発進させるが、その飛行機はなんと零戦であった。

タイムマシンの開発によって時間犯罪が多発。そこで時空間の管理を行なう警察組織が創設された。2004年、その任務にあたっていた捜査官のウォーカーはある事件の黒幕が次期大統領候補でもあるマコームであることに気づく。1994年に赴き、その調査を行なうウォーカーだったが、それは彼の妻が死亡した年でもあった。
ダニーは兄のウォルターにかまってほしいためにボールを投げてふざけていると手もとが狂いボールがウォルターの顔に当たってしまう。怒ったウォルターはダニーを地下室に閉じ込めてしまうが、ダニーはそこで「ザスーラ」というボード・ゲームを見つける。

建築士のマイケルは、大切な家族を幸せにしたいと思うあまり、仕事に追われ家族との時間さえも持てない忙しない日々を送っていた。そんなある日、彼は人生さえも早送りや巻き戻しできる不思議なリモコンを手に入れるのだった。
フランス中西部で遺跡を発掘していた調査隊が、14世紀の地層から当時存在しない遠近両用メガネのレンズと、助けを求めるメモを発見する。なんとそれらは行方不明になった調査隊の指導者、ジョンストン教授のものだった。やがて、教授が偶然発明されたタイムマシンの実験に関わっており、その過程で消息不明になったことが判明する。教授の息子であるクリスたちは、SOSに応えるため危険な過去への旅に出発する。
海軍の水兵とその家族を乗せたフェリーが、突然大爆発を起こした。現場を捜査した結果、爆発がテロだったことが判明。さらに、爆発現場の近くで発見された女性の死体が、殺人によるものだということも判明した。その死体の女性・クレアに奇妙なデジャヴを感じたATF捜査官の主人公。ある捜査スタッフ達と共に4日と6時間前の映像を見られる監視モニターを見せられる。

その名を聞くだけで誰もが震え上がるアズカバン刑務所。そこには史上最強の凶悪犯と言われるシリウス・ブラックが収監されていた。ところが彼は脱獄し、しかもハリーの命を狙っているという……。
A Victorian Englishman travels to the far future and finds that humanity has divided into two hostile species.
1890年代のニューヨーク。大学教授のアレクサンダーは、ある日、婚約者のエマを暴漢に殺されてしまう。現実をどうしても受け入れられないアレクサンダーは過去に遡ってエマを救い出したいとの一念で、ついにタイムマシンを発明してしまうのだった。しかし、エマの死んだ日に戻ったアレクサンダーはそこで、エマの運命そのものはどうやっても変えようがないことを知る。諦めきれないアレクサンダーはその理由を解き明かすため、今度は一転、未来へ向け時間移動し2030年の世界へと降り立つのだったが……。

The four turtles travel back in time to the days of the legendary and deadly samurai in ancient Japan, where they train to perfect the art of becoming one. The turtles also assist a small village in an uprising.
