目が不自由な人のために映像を言葉で伝える、映画の音声ガイドの新たな仕事を始めた尾崎美佐子。けれども、ある時、彼女は、中森雅哉という弱視のカメラマンから、音声の付け方が不親切でなってないという、忌憚のない批判を浴びせられることに。中森は一流のカメラマンだったが、今やその視力を失いつつあった。はじめは彼の率直で無愛想な態度に反発を覚える美佐子だったが、次第に彼の写真作品や人柄に心惹かれるようになる。
