Kamchatka Bears. Life Begins (2018)

Filmmakers Alastair Fothergill and Keith Scholey chronicle a year in the lives of an Alaskan brown bear named Sky and her cubs, Scout and Amber. Their saga begins as the bears emerge from hibernation at the end of winter. As time passes, the bear family must work together to find food and stay safe from other predators, especially other bears. Although their world is exciting, it is also risky, and the cubs' survival hinges on family togetherness.

モーグリは、生まれて間もなくジャングルに取り残されてしまう。黒ヒョウのバギーラから母オオカミのラクシャに託された彼は、愛情に包まれながら自然の厳しさと生き抜くための知恵と術を学んでいく。やがて少年となって動物たちと幸せな日々を過ごしていたモーグリは、人間に恨みを抱くトラのシア・カーンと出会う。シア・カーンから人間である自分の存在が、ジャングルやそこに住む動物たちの脅威になると言われる。

まだ氷河が残る太古の北米。ある集落に暮らす3人兄弟の末弟キナイは、村から魚を盗んだ熊を追って、逆に熊に襲われる。長兄シトゥカの助けでキナイは救われるが、代わりにシトゥカは命を落としてしまう。怒ったキナイは熊から命を奪うが、直後、精霊の力で彼は熊の姿に変えられてしまう。キナイは森をあてもなく歩き回り、母とはぐれた子熊コーダと出会う。一方、次男デナヒは熊となったキナイを殺された兄弟の仇だと誤解する。

前作でクマとして生きる道を選んだ人間の青年キナイ。生命あふれる大自然の森の中で、弟分の子グマのコーダと一緒に暮らしているキナイのもとに、ある日、人間の村からニータという美しい女性が訪ねてきます。ニータとキナイは、子供の頃いつも一緒に遊んだ大の仲良しでした。そんなニータが、キナイに会うため森の奥深くまでやって来たのには、特別の理由がありました。幼い頃にニータにかけられた魔法を解くために、キナイの協力が必要だというのです。大自然を司るグレイト･スピリットの雄大なる力に導かれながら、2匹＋1人はスリルとユーモアいっぱいの旅へと出発します！

クマのブーグは、パークレンジャーのベスに育てられている甘えん坊のペット。彼はある日、ハンターのショーに捕らえられたお調子者のシカ、エリオットに出会う。そして、エリオットに必死に頼み込まれたブーグは、彼を助けてあげることに。しかし、しつこく付きまとってくるエリオットと行動を共にするうち、あちこちで問題を引き起こしてしまったブーグは、エリオットと一緒に森に放り出されてしまうハメに。慣れない自然界を抜け出して町へ戻ろうとするブーグとエリオットだが、執拗に追ってきたショーから逃げるのに四苦八苦の毎日。やがて“オープン・シーズン（狩猟解禁日）”が到来、ブーグは他の動物たちと共に、またしても銃を手に姿を現わしたショーに立ち向かうことになる。

空腹に耐えかねて目を覚ました天涯孤独のアライグマ“ＲＪ”。彼は、熊のヴィンセントが冬眠中に蓄えた食糧を盗もうとして失敗し、１週間以内に食べ物を元どおりにしなければヴィンセントに食べられてしまうということに。ところが、食料を探して山の麓の森へと向かったＲＪはびっくり。そこは人間たちによって住宅地に様変わりしていた。そこでＲＪは、人間の家にはおいしい食べものがいっぱいある、と森の仲間たちを誘惑する。
