海辺に漂着した小さな寄生生物、パラサイト。彼らは人間に寄生しては宿主に擬態し、ほかの人間を食料としてむさぼっていく。そのうちの１匹が至って普通の高校生・泉新一に寄生するが、脳を乗っ取ることができずに右手に宿る。自身の肉体にパラサイトが寄生して驚がくする新一だったが、彼をミギーと呼んで共生するうちに奇妙な絆を育むように。やがて、彼の通う高校に教師・田宮良子に寄生したパラサイトやって来る。それを発端にほかのパラサイトが次々と出現し、新一とミギーに襲い掛かる。

いつものように追いかけっこをしていたトムとジェリーは、間違って火星行きのロケットに乗り込んでしまい、地球を飛び出してしまう。宇宙船の乗船員ビフ＆バズは臆病者で、火星に着いたと思ったらすぐに地球にとんぼ返り。なんとトムとジェリーは火星に取り残され、火星人に見つかってしまう。ピンチに追い込まれた2匹は、火星人の女の子ピープの助けで何とか逃げ出すが…。

２１世紀末、地球人は宇宙への進出を果たす。やがて激しい星間戦争が勃発し、地球人はドラコ星人と一進一退の攻防戦を繰り広げていた。ある日、ドラコ星人の戦闘機を深追いした地球人パイロットのダビッジは、相手を撃墜しながらも未知の惑星に不時着してしまう。その不時着した惑星の環境は想像を絶する厳しさだった。やがて彼は、同じく不時着したドラコ星人のジェリーと遭遇。敵同士として対立する２人だったが、生き延びるためには協力していくしかない。こうして力を合わせてサバイバル生活を共にするうち、２人の間には友情が芽生えていく。
